Embark on a lifetime journey and enjoy amazing rides on curvy scenic passes and even single dirt tracks to explore the stunning landscapes of Northeast with waterfalls, rivers, high mountains, and terraces. Day 1: Head towards Vu Linh village (Thac Ba lake, Yen Bai) 180 km with lunch and dinner included. Start your tour by riding on to dike roads following the Red river to Thac Ba lake. See the beautiful countryside with its rice and green tea fields. Turn to the little road to Vu Linh village that is populated by Dzao ethnic minority by the side of Thac Ba lake. Meet these very friendly people and enjoy an exceptional welcome. Spend the night at a local homestay. Day 2: Head towards Ha Giang City for 180 km with 3 meals included. After breakfast, ride along the Thac Ba lake on a small road lined by palm trees and scenic mountain views to join the main Road 2, heading up to Ha Giang where you will stop for the night and apply for a permit. Stay overnight at a local hotel. Day 3: Go from Ha Giang to Dong Van (Ha Giang) – offroad tours to Tribal Villages 160 km with 3 meals included. Wake up to the beautiful morning, on this day you will ride on small challenging mountain roads (but incredibly beautiful) on the land of colorful mountain hill-tribes. Head up the Ma Pi Leng Pass and visit another amazing place, with cloudy mountain ranges and the poetic Nho Que river winding off in the distance. Ride on a zig-zag track until reaching Vuong Family’s Residence, 14 km before Dong Van. The Vuong Family was considered the King of the Hmong People in Dong Van, Ha Giang. Their residence was built in the scenic valley of Sa Phin with Chinese architecture. Sleep at a local hotel.  Day 4: Head from Dong Van to Ba Be National Park (Bac Kan) via Meo Vac 160 km with 3 meals included. Cross the wild regions of the mythical province of Ha Giang, Meo Vac is included. It shares the border with Dong Van District of Ha Giang Province and Bao Lam District of Cao Bang Province. Meo Vac has most of the terrain in the Rock Plateau of Dong Van and above 1000 meters above sea level. Meo Vac has a harsh climate in the winter which is from November to April with dry and freezing cold weather. It is inhabited by different ethnic minorities including the H’mong, the King, Tay, Dzao. Overnight at homestay Day 5: Ride from Ba Be to Hanoi 230 km breakfast and lunch is included. After breakfast, take another boat-ride on Ba Be lake to another side, before jumping on our motorbikes to Cho Ra, head up to main Road 3. Ba Be National Park is an abundant bio reserve area containing the world’s only fresh-water karst lake and several rare species of fauna and flora. And head back to Hanoi.

4 Days tour through Ha Giang – Dong Van Geopark Day 1 – Ha Giang City – Thon Tha Village – Nam Dam village During your first day you will see a big change in scenery when driving into the mountains before the town of Tam Son. Your first stop will be Thon Tha village. An ancient and traditional village, where the Tay minority people live. We will spend roughly two hours trekking in the village, surrounded by incredible mountains and rice fields. After that you will go to the Lung Khuy Cave. The short walk leading to the cave will show you some beautiful views of the countryside. Finally you will stop at Nam Dam village, where you will spend your first night. It is a charming and peaceful place surrounded by mountains. You will get the chance to discover the Dao ethnical culture and try some delicious local food. Day 2 – Nam Dam village – Yên Minh – H’mong King Palace – Dong Van Town On the second day the road takes you through the Karst Geopark. The Dong Van Karst Plateau is a major geoheritage sight in Vietnam. You will see a lot of rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks and magnifiscent views. There you will be able to catch a glimpse of life on the countryside. The driver can also take you to the Chinese border and the famous northernmost viewpoint in Vietnam. Your last stop will be Dong Van. Day 3 – Dong Van Town –Ma Pi Leng Pass- Sky Path – Meo Vac – Du Gia Village To start this third day you will stop at the famous Ma Pi Leng pass and will get the chance to trek to the breathtaking Sky Path to admire the scenery of the whole valley and Nho Que river. Back on the road you will go through many different villages such as Lung Ho, Mau Due and Meo Vac. Finally, you will finish your day in Du Gia village, where you will spend a night in a homestay located in the middle of dreamly green rice fields. Day 4 – Du Già Village – Lùng Tám village – Ha Giang City On this last day you will stop at Lùng Tám village where Mong ethnies live. The village has a traditionnal craft of brocade weaving. On the first day of your tour, your English-speaking guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi at 7:00 AM and take you to Hoang Su Phi where you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Continue on to Suoi Thau arriving around 3:30-4:00 PM. You will start exploring the area by taking a 1-hour trek to a Suoi Thau community-based tourism village to enjoy the poetic beauty of the natural landscapes and breathe in the fresh air. You will continue onto your homestay and on the way, you will learn about the Red Dao people. After arriving at your homestay you can participate in a fishing experience to catch fish for your dinner. If you are interested, you can prepare your dinner with your homestay host. After a tasty local dinner, you will settle in for the night.  After breakfast on your second day, you will trek around for a little while before being picked up by a car. You will drive for about an hour towards the heaven gate Nam Ai to start trekking through the forest. As you explore the forest you will enjoy views of the valley and paddy fields. After trekking for around 1.5 hours you will eat lunch in Nam Khoa then continue on for another 2.5 hours to reach your homestay in Nam Hong village. When you arrive at your homestay you can enjoy a traditional herbal bath and relax after a long day of traveling.  On the third day, wake up around 7:00 AM to experience local life. Learn about the tea cultivation and tea picking techniques, then help carry tea leaf baskets back to the village around 8:00 AM. Once back in the village, you can rest and have breakfast before participating in the tea farming process for another hour. You will get to test the green tea you made. After having tea you will start your trek for the day. You will treck past a waterfall and through the forest and mountains before arriving at Pan Hou Ecolodge where you will relax surrounded by the nature of Pan Hou. When you wake up on the fourth day, spend a couple of hours exploring the life of the Tay people in Pan Hou. If you are traveling on the weekend you will have the change to explore the colorful local market. A car will pick you up in Pan Hou and take you back to Hanoi. On the way, you will stop at a local restaurant for lunch and arrive back in Hanoi around 5:30 PM.

After being picked up in Hanoi you will head to Ha Giang city. You arrive in Thon Tha village, a peaceful village in which the Tay ethnic people live in stilt houses.
