This was the best decision we made while visiting the Catania area. Maurizio was such a wonderful, sweet and knowledgeable guide - we could not recommend him more! On the way to Mt Etna we stopped in Maurizio’s town where he generously gifted us delicious pastries/desserts as a gift as we were on our honeymoon. We went to Patria, Tornatore and Gambino wineries. We received a tour of the cellar at Patria and enjoyed the stunning views. Tornatore was a quicker stop but very cute and fun! Gambino was a much busier winery with amazing wines and views! We were given local meats, cheeses, olives, bread, etc at each place. We loved this experience and highly recommend!

Great Experience, if you can request Maurizio to be your guide you will be in great hands. He definitely enhanced the experience. He shared history of Sicily as we drove from vineyard to vineyard. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Each vineyard had its own characteristics so all three were unique in their own way. This experience is a must if you can make it happen.

Marco was our guide and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our day very much and he made sure we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this tour and if Marco is your guide, you will learn a lot about his beautiful country. Just ask.

We had an amazing time; the tour guide was very informative and explained everything in detail. I only wish we had more time spent at Taormina, but apart from that, amazing experience. thank you.

Our guide was responsive to changing weather conditions and provided us with a great hike since there was no sun! We also loved hearing her first hand experience in purchasing a home in Sicily!
