Best tour ever. And our personal highlight of our whole vacation. Our guide, Tom, was utterly amazing. He is a local and didn't just tell us the things you hear on every other tour but what he personally loves about his country. And he provided us with much information about the geological wonders of iceland. We visited Landmannalaugar and i have no words for the hike. I can't describe the sheer beauty. But also the way there throughout the highlands was an adventure and a sight I wouldn't miss for anything. We felt perfectly safe with Tom the whole time. Apart from that, the other sights depended on what Tom found worthy to show us and we were so lucky he did. Haifoss was magnificent, much more beautiful than gullfoss if you ask me! But the last stop just was amazing. I can't remember the name but it was an oasis in the middle of black sand. It really was magical. To end this - thanks Tom for a fantastic day we will remember forever.
