Very positive experience. The tour was well organized. The only negative aspect: the info from the call center. I called to inquire about the tour structure. I was answered by a lady who did not understand Italian well and that she trusted me with incorrect information, on the basis of which I bought 2 tickets [for my wife and me) for admission to the English park and garden only (cost 20 euros) and these tickets were not necessary because the guide finished the tour told us that we could stay in the park as long as we wanted and we were not forced to go out with her as the call center lady told me.

Perfect organization despite being on September 22, the feast of San Gennaro. Punctual both on departure and on return. Very comfortable journey!

The extremely knowledgeable and very helpful guide, the splendid Reggia created a day to remember. Thank you! Franco Piovano.
