To begin with, most people ignore the tasting process of olive oil as it can be tasted with two different senses; not only with our mouth but also with our nose. The experience will begin with a walk in our estate in order for our guests to familiarize themselves with the whole process of production. Additionally, the experience will continue with a visit to the specially designed space where olive oil is stored and there our guests will be able to taste olive oil, according to the official procedure using the appropriate blue glasses. Finally, they will have the chance to try traditional Greek cuisine by Mama Kontessa in the family taverna which is located next to our farm. Side note: All our guests will be given a bottle of olive oil as a gift. Other things to note: You are all invited to choose this special action for a unique experience!!

Later continue to Asklepion, the famous medical center of classical times, you'll also visit the Red Basilica (St. John’s Church) then continue the drive to Thyatira, now called Akhisar. There you'll see the remains of a basilica and some architectural fragments from the Roman period. Upon driving back to Izmir you'll enjoy a panoramic ride of Smyrna, the third largest city in Turkey and one of the sites of the Seven Churches of Asia. Overnight in Izmir (Breakfast-Lunch) Day 2  (Izmir, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea, Hierapolis ) Today you'll depart early in the morning to  Sardis where you'll visit the great temple which became a Byzantine Church later. You will also visit the restored gymnasium and the Synagogue. Then you'll continue the journey to Philadelphia. There you'll see the remains of a Byzantine basilica built of bricks, with a bit of high arch and some 11th-century frescoes. Afterward, you drive to the healing city of Hierapolis where hot mineral water bursts from the earth and cascades over steep cliffs forming pools. There you'll visit the Martyrium of the Apostle Philip. Then in Laodicea, you can walk the ancient streets of the city and see the ancient structures. Overnight in Pamukkale. (Breakfast-Lunch) Day 3 ( Ephesus, Kusadasi ) Drive to Ephesus and visit the ancient city of Ephesus. There you walk through history along marble streets lined with wonderful public buildings such as the Baths of Scholastica, the Library of Celsus, the Temple of Hadrian and the Theatre. Later we drive to the House of the Virgin Mary where she spent her last days and the assumption took place. After that, you visit the Basilica of St. John and the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Overnight in Kusadasi. (Breakfast-Lunch) Important Note: 3 days tour option ends on day 3, after the Ephesus tour. Please inform your drop-off point. Then, our path leads us back to Izmir, formerly known as Smyrna, where we'll visit the renowned St. John's Cathedral. Here, we'll delve into the history of persecuted churches and their profound connections to the book of Revelation. At the end of the day, we'll find comfort in our hotel in Smyrna, anticipating the adventures of tomorrow. Day 2: Smyrna's Treasures As the sun rises, we embark on another day of discovery. Our first stop is Sardis, an ancient Jewish city with intriguing ruins, such as the Temple of Artemis and the Anatolian Synagogue. After absorbing the history of Sardis, we'll indulge in a delectable meal at a local restaurant. Our journey continues to Philadelphia, founded in 189 B.C., famous for its association with one of the Seven Churches of Asia Minor mentioned in the book of Revelation. Venturing further, we'll explore Hierapolis, an enchanting "spa city," where we'll marvel at the ancient Roman theater and necropolis. As the day concludes, we'll retreat to our welcoming hotel in Pamukkale for a satisfying dinner and well-deserved rest. Day 3: Pamukkale's Rich Heritage Welcoming the morning with a scrumptious breakfast, we'll visit the Church of Laodicea, an ancient city that once belonged to the renowned Seleucid Empire. Exploring its remains, we'll be captivated by the impressive stadium, the grand amphitheater, the elegant odeon, and the impressive aqueduct.
