Whilst there, you will discover a complete self-regenerating ecosystem, which allows a part of the local population to develop fishing and shellfish production. This provides all of the ingredients for the varied diets of the migratory birds that continue returning to this area year after year. You may be able to watch the hunting of predatory birds, and will also be able to enter into a maze of canals where the only thing that you will hear is the sound of the birds calling and their interactions with one another. At the conclusion of your tour, you will return by boat to your tour's point of origin.

What a fantastic evening! João was the perfect guide. Personable, funny and full of wonderful stories and history. He introduced our group (which was a fabulous group btw!) to more refined versions of Portuguese cuisine, family fare which was sumptuous and warming to the core, to a local bar with delicious foods making the mouth water and a shot of local “moonshine”. We topped the evening off with a coffee and sweets and chatted with our new friends. Highly recommended this tour.

Absolutely LOVED this wine tour. It was the highlight of my trip in Algarve. Absolutely beautiful vineyard and very informative tour of wine making. The ticket is such good value with 4 glasses of wine and free bread & olive oil. I can’t recommend this enough!!

It was so much fun, well worth the money. The time on the beach was the perfect amount, food was good, and the guides made it a great time! Highly recommend
