      Take a tour of one of the holiest sites in Christendom on this guided walking tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica. First, visit the Pine Courtyard, Belvedere Courtyard, the Gallery of the Maps, Candelabra Gallery, Pio Clementino's Rooms, the Tapestry Gallery, Raphael Rooms (only on early morning tours), and the Sistine Chapel. Then, be led by an expert guide to some of the major attractions, as well as to some lesser-known spots that other tourists often miss. You will also get to see other galleries of the Vatican corridors. Finally, visit Michelangelo's Pietà at St. Peter's Basilica before concludig your tour at the Sistine Chapel.

      • St. Peter's is closed during the following times: Wednesdays: 8 AM - 12 PM, December 24th and 31st. During these times, the tour will visit other parts of the museums
      • The Vatican can get very crowded all year round. April to June and September to October are high-season months
      • Skip-the-line entrance is included only for the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. For St. Peter's Basilica, you might be asked to wait in a line
      • Meeting time is subject to change; if this occurs, you will receive a call or message from the activity provider
      • No refund will be issued for latecomers

      OMG!!! This tour was so bad, it was a tragic comedy. Our tour guide had no clue how to lead the group. She spent more time trying to count people than giving a tour. How much time, you ask? Well, thetour was supposed to be 2.5 hours long. We left her early when it hit FOUR HOURS!!! The guides English was so bad, that one after another, people in our group for all over the world just gave up and removed their earpiece and started trying to listen to other tour guides or read placards along the way. The guide's accent was so thick, people couldn't understand. For example, "the pope" was pronou ced "de papray", church was "chish", etc. If it was just the accent, that would've been fine, but she kept saying the same thing over and over like "the land is 47 hectares and is de past de papray" or "dis state (statue) was once very beautiful, but now, it is not." (Whuuu???). Everyone in the group was disgusted. Not the worst tour on my trip, genuinely the worst ever in my life.

      We loved our guide, Antonio. He was so engaging and clearly loved what he was talking about and doing. It was nice that we got through the museum line so quickly. Unfortunately it was not made known to us when we purchased the tickets that we might not get a tour of the basilica on Wednesdays until the day of, so we didn’t get to skip the line or tour St. Peter’s as a group.

      Tour was excellent- however there was a lot to cover in such a short space of time so it was a bit rushed at times. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and was able to engage the group well. His English was very good and he was easy to understand.
