With this ticket you can visit the Jewish Cultural Quarter in the heart of Amsterdam’s old Jewish neighborhood. In an area of less than one square kilometer you’ll find the Jewish Historical Museum with the engaging Children’s Museum, the stately Portuguese Synagogue, the moving National Holocaust Memorial and the National Holocaust Museum. Here, visitors can find out all about Jewish culture, history and traditions. You can use the ticket for the Jewish Cultural Quarter whenever you wish during your stay.
At your chosen time, you can join the 2-hour Anne Frank Walking Tour, which starts in front of the Jewish Historical Museum (English & Spanish language) or Portuguese Synagogue (French, Italian, German & Portuguese language). During this tour, hear all about what life was like following the occupation of the Netherlands by the Germans in 1940-1945 and how Anne Frank became an icon.
Hear the story about her diary and how it came to be published by her father Otto Frank. Hear about important events, such as the February Strike and "Hongerwinter" (Dutch Hunger Winter). The tour ends near Anne Frank's House.
