The ticket office to exchange the voucher was a bit difficult to find at first (it's the last one on the right on the bank)... the station itself is well stocked with cafes and shops and (if you need it) McDonalds and Burger King on the doorstep. From the Miter station it is less than a 5 minute walk to the river station. According to the advertisement, the tour was supposed to last 60 minutes, but it went 100 minutes - all the better :)

We had some difficulty finding the location of the landing site for the boat. The instructions were not clear and the office was not easy to identify. Clearer instructions would have been helpful. We would have liked to sit on the roof as it was a sunny day. However there were insufficient seats on the roof.

When I bought it I didn't realize that I was entitled to the tourist bus and I found out only at 4pm, if I had seen it before, I would have enjoyed it more. It is worth the trip to know the local history, the boat is very good and the crew very attentive.
