I did not feel very personalized in the service, we received the tickets from the ufizzi and if we did not insist with those of the academy they did not remember, we had to go look for them at another time. As for the tickets... not even 5 minutes in line, it's worth it

There is zero reason or benefit to booking these as a combo tour- don’t bother. You won’t know what time the 2nd tour is until u p/u up your first tour tickets, making it very hard if u have plans later that day. Picked up Uffizi tix for 2pm tour & was given voucher for 4pm time slot at Accademia. This was already cutting it close as we had early dinner reservations. At Uffizi, “skip the line” still means you have to wait in a very long “priority” line. Once time slot opened, moved pretty fast. After an hour at Uffizi, which was very nice- tried to get Accademia tix early, but they informed us they made a mistake and our time slot was actually 4:45, not 4pm. This would have made us late for dinner reservations by the time we traveled home, cleaned up and got taxi. We explained this, but there was no earlier option. Instead, they rescheduled us for another day. David was amazing though. The actual tours were great and at your own pace, but the variable time of 2nd tour is problematic.

The actual gallery is really nice and absolutely worth the visit. But the museum entrance and getting the tickets from the tourist point was a bit hectic and I wish that process was a bit more smooth. There were very limited signs at the Uffizi entrance to actually show where to go which made it confusing, but that’s not GYG’s fault. Overall liked having the combo Uffizi and Accademia ticket which made it very easy to wear everything. Recommend it!
