The meeting point location is not accurate and it was difficult to find the place to pick up the tickets. Nobody on the phone or chat was able to help me. Nevertheless, the Uffizi's large collection of Renaissance art is fantastic. Don't forget to admire the ceiling frescoes as well. Because of ongoing construction, it did require going up several flights of stairs to reach the museum proper.

What Cristiano did after meeting us at the front door of the gallery was nothing short of an interactive and immensely educational lesson on ancient art history. We really love his excellent explanation about the pieces on display, other than the central figure, David. Kudos to him and also to the organisation for having such an awesome individual as a staff.

The Ufizzi Gallery is magnificent. You will need about 3 hours to see all the remarkable paintings. The most remarkable artists like Da Vinci, Caravaggio, Rembrandt were at the end of the exhibition and we were really tired to enjoy the most important part of the exhibition!
