Basicly, this tour consist in a roundtrip bus ride Miami-Key West. The rest of the activity you do by yourself. There was a delay concerning the picking-up from the hotel. We were waiting 20 minutes. I was anxious, because when I called the agency, nobody answers. Finnaly, the bus came. It was a good coach, with restroom inside. The aircon was very low, on the route to Key, so I arrived frosen. Back it was good. So, take a jacket! It could be necesary. The guide was very good, telling us a lot of things. My opinion is that once beeing in Key, is nice to stroll on the marina area, downtown and on the tween paralel street wich are more important. Duval street and the other( I forgot the name). Everything is so nice, peacefull and vibrant in the same time. I took the conch train, to visit all the places, but I think it does not worth. Expensive and every important place can be done by foot. Time for you, 6 hours, not enough. Better 2-3 nights. I enjoyed a lot the place. Warmer then in Mia

Good option for a quick day trip to Key West from Miami. Bus was on time for pick up. Bus was an older model some chairs were broken and the back of the bus reeked of urine but overall a comfortable ride. The breakfast stop was brief but allowed time for everyone on the bus to get a quick bite and bathroom break. Be sure to bring cash as the restaurant they take you too only accepts cash. Snorkeling trip was lots of fun. Unfortunately the water was a little cloudy but fishes were still visible. We were warned beforehand of the low visibility and a refund was offered if desired. After snorkeling we were advised to eat since we would not be making any stops on our way back to Miami. Plenty of dinning options. Lilly our guide provided us with all the information we needed and made sure we all made it back.

Enjoyed the trip the guide was on time for pickup both at the hotel and in Key West the driver was very safe. Only part about booking this trip that I didn't like is no one allows you to know which hotels pick up is from they only state they pick up from beachside hotels my hotel was beach area however not a designated pick-up hotel the hotel that was my designated stop was about 10 minutes away and they charge $20 to park. Had I known the pacific hotels I would have booked directly at one of them. Other than that the trip was perfect the weather was perfect and I enjoyed myself.
