Are you brave enough to take the plunge and face the ocean’s apex predators? Join us on a Shark Dive to have the opportunity to see our magnificent Sand Tiger Sharks closer than ever before. Experience the wonders of scuba diving on this 2-hour activity at The National Aquarium. This is a great opportunity for the divers to experience what it's like to be surrounded by sharks and beautiful corals. The certified scuba instructors will guide you step by step, providing safety and equipment briefings, as well as basic and practical demonstrations when in the water. When you’re ready, descend together with the instructor up to one meter under the water The gradual dive allows you to get accustomed to breathing with a regulator and familiarize yourself with being submerged. Your experienced dive instructor will lead you by the hand on your Introductory Scuba Dive around the National Aquarium tank once you signal that you are ready. You’ll enjoy up to 45-minute dive to a minimum depth of 5 meters (15 feet).
