At the beginning of this 4-hour activity you’ll be picked up in central Adelaide and transferred to the summit of Mount Lofty. At 710 meters, it is the highest point in the Mount Lofty Ranges and offers stunning views of Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, and the plains below. From here it’s downhill all the way back to Adelaide! It’s just a short ride though Cleland Conservation park to your first stop of the day, at Cleland Wildlife Park. You’ll have a chance to explore at your leisure and feed or pet kangaroos, wallabies, emus and many other native animals. You may even have the chance to pet a koala! Enjoy morning tea while relaxing in the natural surroundings. On leaving the wildlife park, you can enjoy the best part of the whole trip, which is the ride through Cleland Conservation Park. It’s all downhill with a mix of some fun rough sections, other nice flat sections, and some fast bits! You’ll definitely see wild koalas as you ride through this stunning place. After approximately 10 km you’ll arrive in the suburbs of Adelaide, and enjoy a final spin along some quiet backstreets, past some lovely houses and suburban parks. When you reach Victoria Park you’ll have a great view of the summit of Mount Lofty, where you started out 3 hours and 18 km ago!

You will be picked up in central Adelaide and transported to Kuitpo Forest, a beautiful spot above the McLaren Vale wine region. You will be provided with a good quality mountain bike with front suspension & disc brakes, and a helmet if you do not have your own. Set off to explore the forest. Kangaroos and koalas can regularly be seen on the ride. Next is a lovely descent down Willunga Hill towards McLaren Vale, and then it’s time for wine tasting. Then ride through the vineyards and stop at a number of local wineries to sample their fare and perhaps purchase some wine to take home with you. Stop for a lunch comprising of a local produce platter along the way.  In the afternoon leave it to the group to decide your final visits- maybe a micro-brewery, another winery, a cafe/chocolate stop for a little desert, or if it’s really warm maybe a swim stop at one of the beautiful beaches that fringe the Vale. Finally, you will be picked up and transported back to Adelaide.  The ride is fairly leisurely and is suitable for anyone who is happy riding a bike on firetracks and country roads. The van can also pick up your wine purchases along the way so you don't have to carry them.

Ride the serene River Torrens Linear trail Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the river, parks and wetlands as you ride through an 1800’s cemetery, cross under viaducts and bridges and appreciate the serenity of nature in this continually changing landscape. As the river trail comes to an end, start to feel the ocean breeze and soon be amazed by the breathtaking coastal views. Discover the relaxed atmosphere of Henley Beach The recently redeveloped Henley Square offers the perfect place to take a break and re-energise over a delicious morning tea at ‘Cocolat’ while getting some insider tips from your guide. Henley is one of the ‘go to’ beaches for locals to hang out and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Take a walk on the jetty and keep an eye out for the occasional pod of dolphins that visit the foreshore. Cycle along the spectacular coastline Heading south along the dedicated cycle path, take in the expansive views along the coastline toward the Fleurieu Peninsula. Get a feel for the South Australian coastal lifestyle as you ride past beachside houses, sailing clubs and sand dunes. The final stretch takes you through the stylish Marina Pier complex and back to the foreshore before arriving at Moseley Square, Glenelg. Stay and explore the coastal town of Glenelg The popular cosmopolitan town of Glenelg is ideal for swimming, dining and entertainment. Shop on the bustling Jetty Road, discover the museums and galleries or simply find a place to relax and enjoy an ice cream. Take the time to walk along the sandy white shores and feel the sand between your toes or have a swim in the calm blue sea while soaking up some sunshine. Catch the iconic Glenelg tram back to the City Your return to the City is your choice! You can either return at your own leisure via the iconic Glenelg tramway (20 minute trip) or choose to come back with us in the pureSA bus upon arrival in Glenelg. Tip: No need to carry all your beach gear in your backpack while riding – just leave it safely  at the pureSA office and the supplier will bring it to you at Glenelg.

Ride the famous Riesling Trail in Clare Valley. Visit The Barossa Valley, Maggie Beer at Seppeltsfield Road. Explore the Langhorne Creek wine region along the Grapes for Good trail, enjoy the Adelaide Hills, and come face-to-face with Australian wildlife at Cleland Wildlife Park. Your e-bike tour will also take you to the plains of Monarto Safari Park for an exclusive cycling safari. Day 1 Travel to Adelaide with accommodation at the ibis Adelaide hotel. Day 2 Pick up from the ibis and head to the mid-North, where you will be guided through the Clare Valley Riesling Trail. Stop at your accommodation at the Clare Country Club. From here, your guide will take you to selected wineries including O'Leary Walker Wines for a wine tasting and lunch. Next, stop in at Mad Bastard Wines for another tasting. Conclude your second day with dinner at the Watervale Hotel. Day 3 Explore the Barossa Valley where you will hop on the e-bikes and ride the 20-km Barossa Rail Trail to Maggie Beers. Have lunch and a wine tasting at Seppeltsfield, where the bus will meet you and drive to the city of Murray Bridge. Check into your accommodation for the night at the Bridgepoint Hotel, and enjoy a high tea complete with a glass of sparkling wine. Day 4 Cycle Langhorne Creek wine region. Visit wineries on the Grapes for Good trail, a conservation initiative of Monarto Safari Park, and six wineries, where proceeds from wine purchases go back to animals in the wild. Enjoy a taste or two of the local drop at each stop, then end up at Lake Breeze Wines. where you will be treated to a tasty picnic and a bottle of sparkling Blanc de Blanc. Your 5 stops for the day will also include cheese, gin, beer, chocolate, and a historical tour to mix things up. Next, head back to Bridgeport Hotel for the night. Day 5 Immerse yourself in nature as you cycle Monarto Safari Park before the gates open. Watch the giraffe roam while you enjoy a light breakfast, made from local native ingredients sourced from the on-site Ngeragi ya:yun (native food garden). See animals including rhinos, chimpanzees, and zebras. Get a prey's eye view when you take the walk of the brave at Lions 360, Australia’s only 360-degree lion encounter at Monarto Safari Park. Spend the night at a 4-star hotel, The Manna by Haus. Day 6 Ride through the historic town of Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills where you can enjoy famous Australian art from Hans Heysen and a beautiful cheese platter from Udder Delights. Finish your experience at Cleland Wildlife Park where you come face-to-face with Australian wildlife.
