On day 1, travel from New Delhi to Ara by car and enjoy some sightseeing during the day. Begin the trip with a pick-up from the airport, railway station or your hotel in Delhi. You will be taken to Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal via a 3-hour drive on the expressway. Upon arrival to Agra, meet the tour guide and proceed to the magnificent monument Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is an ivory white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna River. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. After, explore the Agra Fort, yet another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal dynasty until 1638 when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. After visiting Agra Fort, you will be driven to Jaipur. On arrival, check into your hotel and stay overnight in Jaipur. On day 2, enjoy sightseeing in Jaipur. Depart in the morning after breakfast, and meet your local guide to visit the Amber Fort. You will be picked up in the early morning at 7:00AM before being transferred to the Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway station where you will board the Gatimaan Express to Agra. Sunny and our driver were fantastic to spend the day with! Sunny is very knowledgeable and I learned so much about the agra fort and the Taj Mahal! He also recommended a great place for lunch. He was super helpful and I would definitely take another tour with him. He is a superstar and if I could give him six stars, I would!

We had a fantastic time on this tour. Our driver Jitender was extremely attentive and also showed us places off the beaten track. The local tour guides were knowledgeable and fun, especially in Agra and Pushkar. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Golden Triangle!

It was a great trip with a great driver with great local guides that allowed me to learn more about the Indian culture and history. Taj Mahal is the highlight of the trip and biryani’s by the street.
