    Come to Agrigento and discover one of Sicily's most famous historical attractions, for its well-preserved Doric temples dedicated to Greek divinities, the famous Valley of the Temples. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this Archaeological Park is located on a plateau close to the Ionian Sea.

    Follow your guide to explore this site where time seems to stand still, preserving an unprecedented historical charm. Start the tour from the temple of Hera, continuing on the sacred way to the remains of the surrounding wall.

    Inside the Valley, see 12 temples as well as some fortifications, the Lower and Upper Agora, an Olympian, and a Bouleuterion. Source of inspiration for poets, philosophers, and painters, it is one of the most emblematic parks in Sicily.

    Admire Doric temples from the Hellenic period, that correspond to the ancient Akragas, the original monumental nucleus of the city of Agrigento. Move onward to the Temple of Concord, the remains of the early Christian Necropolis, the Temple of Heracles, and the remains of the Temple of Zeus.

    I was lucky enough to visit with Liz Garcia. Of the many guided tours that I have done, the best guide ever has been her. Having said that, the site is not worth saying, taking the guided tour will allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of this magical place

    Excellent!! Very knowledgeable guide who shared the tour in two languages as I was the only English speaking person with the rest of the Italian group. Have really enjoyed it and would re come down to anyone going to the temples to go with a guide as there is so much information to learn from.

    Very good experience with the guide Gigi! A flat all the same but there the guide can not help it it is the practical price by the agency: 70 euros per person without the entrance fee while some other guides took 15 euros on the spot … it is abused
