Quite a long journey, but with our excellent guide Alessio informing us of all things 'Sicily' en route, it was not a problem. The Temples (not in a valley by the way) were amazing and we were allowed to make our own way round. The only downside was the ridiculous security checks at the entrance, which made the start a bit chaotic. Then a bit of lunch and on to the Roman Villa, which was spectacular. The preservation of this site means you are let into the world of Roman life that I have never seen before either here or at other similar sites abroad. Again, not to detract from this experience, but as an overall view, Sicily really ought to up it's game as far as tourism is concerned. So much to offer but often poorly presented. I highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic trip, our guide was brilliant. Very professional and knowledgeable and interesting. Great chance to view beautiful scenery across Sicily. Can see all main temples in the two hours at site of Agrigento. Visit to Roman Villa was a revelation, the most amazing thing I have ever seen, room after room of beautiful mosaics. Thanks it was a brilliant day.

A nice outing. The guide told us interesting information about the temples, but the villa could have done with some more explanation.
