Everything was very well organized. The trip had to be canceled at short notice due to bad weather. I was called and was able to easily arrange a new appointment and also change the starting point on Reykjavik. Unfortunately we saw few whales and a few dolphins. But that is due to nature and not the organizer. I thought the guide, a French marine biologist, was great. She spent almost the entire 3 hours outside and talked about the animals and their communication etc. and even offered to send her photos if she was emailed. We did that too and received the photos 2 days later - great!

Unfortunately we had to wait for a large group from a cruise ship (about an hour) The seats were all occupied and now the mostly older people from the cruise ship had to stand for 3 hours. Perhaps it should be stated that not everyone gets a seat. This may be important for older people.

We went with a very friendly crew and saw some (albeit small) whales! It was quite chilly due to the headwind, but there were blankets and thermal suits if you still wanted to stay outside. The only drawback: it was very crowded on the boat because we took a large group of the Aida with us.
