My family and I agree that this was best vacation (tour) we’ve ever taken. Our guide, Rocky was fantastic. Everyone on the tour was captivated by his knowledge of the island. We very much enjoyed his tales; myths and truths! The minivan experience was very comfortable. Rocky’s playlist was on-point and thoughtfully arranged. The activities and guides were spectacular. On this tour we participated in glacier hiking, cave touring, horseback riding and whale watching. The stops along the trip were breathtaking; we saw beautiful waterfalls, caves, geysers, black sand beaches, glaciers, lakes and even reindeer! My family and I plan on returning to Iceland again and I will recommend Troll Expeditions to everyone I know!

We were a small group of 6. Everything was was well organized and our guide was the best. We started each day around 8-9 am and arrived before dinner at the next stop. The minibus was comfy and Wi-Fi was available all time. Our guide made us feel like guests, not just customers. I would travel again this tour.

I was very happy with this tour and can 100% recommend it. TrollExpeditions had answered questions very quickly in advance and everything was well organized. Our guide Gylfi also really contributed to making this trip a really great experience. 5 stars are just right.

Wonderful. In Akureyri it was raining, but they took us to a clear area an hour from the city. The guide knew what he was doing and how to find the Northern Lights which of course we were able to enjoy

1 excursion 1 Aurora Borealis. Expert guide who just picked up headed to a great place! The stories of the guide where he explained the history of the Northern Lights were also very interesting!
