Full description

After getting equipped with a lifejacket, kayak, and paddle, receive a brief introduction to kayaking 101. Then, it's time to get in the water with the instructors and start your kayaking adventure. The first moments will be spent to get familiarized with the newly learned paddling techniques. Once everyone in the group feels comfortable, set off to discover the magical landscapes and cliffs of Albufeira. Get up close to the cliffs and pass through stunning caves. Discover some hidden beaches around the area. Take a break at one of the hidden beaches and enjoy some free time to explore the area. Then, it's time to paddle back to the starting point in Coelha Beach where your kayaking experience ends.

• The local partner's kiosk is located on the right side of Castelo beach • It is easily recognizable by the boards and kayaks on the sand • On the main road, you'll find a brown sign indicating "Praia da Coelha", follow that road and at the end of the road to the parking lot • Park your car there and then walk for 2 minutes towards the beach where you'll find the kiosk

A very friendly and relaxed experience. Tiago was in touch with us a just before our planned trip to say that the sea conditions were not good, and we arranged to move the date of our trip. On the revised date the sea was calmer and things went great. Lots of chatting from the guides as we paddled along the shore, stories of why the beaches and coves have the names they do, how expensive some of the hotels are.

When we eventually got there, we had a brief talk on safety and how to paddle. There were only 6 of us with 3 kayaks. We were given life jackets. The instructor lead the kayak in the water safely and made us feel comfortable. The instructor had a good knowledge of the historical sights. Was a great experience for me and my hubby. PS: if you are planning to do this bring your muscles with you

A good experience. If you are sensitive to the sea, I recommend taking something for dizziness, I took it and still got dizzy. The route has been beautiful, although I honestly expected something better, to see more caves, for example, since almost the whole way is only to see beaches at a distance. Monitor Joe was very friendly and helpful, 5 * to him.
