Extremely long queues, so we arrived very early with a collapsible stool. Bad back. (a full 40 mins before entrance time) second in line - straight in. No issues. Cafe a little low grade considering the high status attraction. Having visited Granada in the 80's the Alcazar definitely plays second fiddle. But worth a visit & lovely nonetheless. Plenty of shady spots in gardens to sit. Spent 3-4 hours wandering around. A pleasant morning spent. Definitely worth booking in advance online rather than queuing for a ticket on the day from a different entrance.

Had to buy from this company because the venue had no places available on the date we were there. This company charged three times the normal price which in the concert and sports entertainment trade is called scalping. While it may not be illegal it is unethical. Also the ticket sold is not one that allows skipping the cue. Words to the wise.

Absolutely top of the list to visit in Seville. Booking through get your guide was easy - just make sure you provide all the passport info they request. We arrived about 10 mins early and had to queue until it was our entry time, but then they let everyone in.
