    We hoist our pirate flag, lift the anchor, and away we go! On the beautiful Pirate Ship Leãozinho ("little lion"), we will explore the most treasured spots along the Algarve Coastline and discover why these hidden gems became the favored home of generations of daring pirates. As we set sail, we'll see enchanting rock formations on our historical ship. If you feel like a sip from the ol' barrel of rum to lift your spirits for our cruise, we've got an onboard Pirate Bar that's perfect for quenching your thirst. The wind whips through the sails, and your comfortable seating lets you look out on all of the most beautiful beaches and breathtaking formations along this coastline. We will even have the chance to head out onto the Atlantic, passing the soft, sandy beaches of San Rafael, Castelo, and Praia da Gale. Of course, no pirate adventure is complete without having to "walk the plank", and you'll be happy to do so as you end up in the refreshing and beautiful waters below! Your swim in the clear waters is the perfect rejuvenating dip before we set sail and return to the Marina of Albufeira.

    Took our two boys aged 1 and 3 and they both really enjoyed it. The kids got some toy swords and pistols and were happily entertained by them. Excellent guide (Miguel) who’s English was very good, took the time to explain parts of the coast and was happy to indulge our oldest’s treasure map and play along telling him we were now entering “pirate cove”. He was also happy to grab a beer or two for the adults (extra cost incurred) and offered more adult explanations of what we were looking at too. All in all a good 2hour tour topped off with seeing wild dolphins and a dip in the briney deep.

    I would highly recommend this wonderful boat trip. The boat is beautiful and the coast line gorgeous. The 2 male staff are very thoughtful and don’t encroach at all on your time but keep a watchful eye on everyone. The pirate dressing up outfits are great fun and the ‘rocking’ of the boat that happens. You can go for a swim at the end, but as an older woman, be aware that the water feels very cold, it took my breath away for a few seconds, but it is absolutely worth it and is very invigorating. I have probably been on 30 boat trips over the years on my hols and this was by far the best, without a doubt, my husband loved it too. THANK YOU SO MUCH ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    We had a great time!!! The Pirates were a good laugh and kept us entertained... (4.30pm trip) We sat at the back of the ship, away from the sun and people, and we had a great view both ways. But those who cannot tolerate the gas smell - may not enjoy the back seat :)
