My best experiment in Andalousia! The visit was supposed to be with an audioguide but because of covid, Getyourguide employed local guides to make the guided visit. It began on August 12th at 10:30am and ended around 2pm. The guide, Mar was simply awesome: erudite, effective, she managed the covid rules changements nicely and made us at ease. We visited the place like royals and she generously shared informations and answers. No need to say: the place is gorgeous, even more than what I was expecting. Thank you Getyourguide and muchas gracias Mar.

On September 7th, 2021, we had a guided tour of the Alhambra with Pedro as a guide. There weren't many visitors because of Covid-19. Not ordinary crowds. No lines. No waiting time ....... Pedro was adorable: smart, with good English, humorous enough to know when to stop, polite, energetic, with a deep knowledge of history who could answer questions about past and present life in Spain. We had at least a 3 hour tour of all the places: Alhambra complex, including the Nasrid Palaces, Generalife Palace and Gardens, and Alcazaba Fortress and stay for another hour to enjoy this beautiful place. Thanks Pedro for opening up Granada to us. P.S. Late in the evening of the same day we had another walking tour and to our pleasant surprise, Pedro also directed this tour. It was another 2.5 hours of interesting facts about special quarters of Granada: Albaicín & Sacromonte. Take this tour as well ..... and enjoy.

Our guide, Ana was absolutely amazing! Ana knew about everything and gave such in depth information about every aspect of the Alhambra and it’s surroundings. Very clear, concise and was always happy to go through wider information/ questions. Amazing English spoken. The tour had 10 people in the group, which was small compared to others with 15-25 in them, so it was more personable. Took around 3 hours but you saw everything & it was done in the most perfect way, ending with the Nastrid Palaces which were so beautiful. Would 100% recommend. Also a lot better going with a guide as I can imagine it would be easy to get lost & not give you the opportunity to see everything fully.

We visited Alhambra yesterday it was amazing . Having been told I couldn’t get tickets for a few days I secured an English and Spanish tour for the following g day . It was booked for 12.00 but got changed to 4pm which was a Godsend as it’s such a steep hill to walk to get to the ticket office . I’d advise getting a taxi. The tour was by Anna who was nothing short of amazing . He English was excellent and we listened through head phones . Everything she told us was so Interesting and the palace is Incredible. They leave the best till last. It is 3 hours so wear good shoes , take plenty of water And make sure you have eaten before hand.

An absolutely must see place. The audio guide was excellent and easy to use. Everyone there were very helpful. We went early in the morning which was perfect as it avoided the heat of the day.
