The guys on the boat were fantastic, however the staff who were due to be managing the queues could have easily ruined our experience, as they were not organised. They had many of us queueing to then just allow people to push onto the boat when it arrvied, meaning others that had waited patiently as requested could not get onto the boat at their allocated time.

The open air boat experience was wonderful. The guides were great. The path they took us on was wonderful and I learned a lot about Amsterdam. My only complaint is that the one guide serving drinks would talk, but because I was sitting in the rear of the boat, I could not hear him.

It was really nice! You can buy additionally drinks on the boat (beer, soda, prosecco etc). The guides are great, Michael and Rihanna were really friendly, funny and informative. We got to know lots of interesting fact about the city's history and present. It is important to bring a hat and sunscreen in the summer as it is an open boat ald also good to have rain jackets with you in case it rains.
