Overall rating

Very easy to collect from the red van outside of the airport. Bus stop is also right in front of you. The lady in the van helped with what stop we needed and the bus does display the upcoming stops. Don't tap in with the 397 to start as this will activate your ticket too soon, use the receipt from the app. We used the Metro which was also easy to navigate and you just tap in and out. Same on the trams.

You have to claim the tickets outside the Central station, the white building across the street that says “GVB Transport”. Very useful getting around Amsterdam. Just ask the operator inside the tram how to use it but it’s just tap in/tap out.

Easy to use and extremely convenient for travelling around Amsterdam with this travel card.

Super easy to activate, Easy to get around, Value for money

The best choice for your three day stay within Amsterdam.
