Our guide was nice and answered questions very well. I was disappointed as I paid for a private tour in the hope that the guide could slightly tailor the tour for our family. We have 3 kids 9, 11 & 13. Our guide didn’t ask them one question or try to interact with them at all. I expected a private guide might try to engage the whole family. You’d think the company could try to match guides with the guests a little better, especially when they pay fir a private experience.

The tour is on time and it's a huge bus. We have so much fun in Grand Canyon skywalk and the over looking view. Laila our tour guide is knowledgeable, accommodating, she's really nice. She treat every one as her friend. Distributed sandwiches and water. Monitor people. She also took photo for us. the last thing happen after taking photos in Colorado River. We can't handle the hot no more, we have 11yrs old and we feel like we're gonna passed out anytime. We went to the bus, it's On & been running so for sure it's cold inside. We knock the door and ask Nelson driver if he could let us In because we have a child and we try to tell him more, but I was disappointed with him. We left and walk back again and wait for Laila so we can get in the bus. I thank God we all survive from the super hottest weather - Jocelyn

We had an amazing tour guide, Rigo. He was knowledgeable not only about the Grand Canyon, but also about the route there and the towns along the way. The small tour was great because we felt like old friends before the day was over.

Our guide PJ did a fantastic job Was very knowledgeable and informative. We truly enjoyed the tour.
