I wasn’t quite sure what to think upon arrival, as the building was a bit deceiving. This establishment is inside a former auto dealership building, and could be easy to miss. All doubt subsided though when we met our guide Ron. He was a character for sure, definitely a lovable one! During the ride to the Alcantarra, Ron thoroughly entertained us with some background on the local plants & history before we arrived at the vineyard. From there the real ride began - 4x4 around the property, and he even drove us straight across the Verde river, much to our amusement and surprise! He was genuine, warm & polite throughout the experience. Not a single complaint there. My feedback is for the vineyard - the area behind the winery (of which part of the tour explores) feels- distracting from the experience. The staff were polite & I know the world is short-staffed lately-but their inefficiency was disappointing. We had little time to enjoy our wine or the grounds.

Bobby was a great tour guide. He knew all the best places to pull off for picture-taking. When we got up to Sedona, he pointed out the t-shirt shop with the best selection & prices, the restaurant with the best sweet potato fries and even the best bathrooms on the strip. He was always there offering to take our picture. On the drive up, he kept us entertained with stories of past tour guests and tips & tricks for visiting Sedona. 5 stars!

The entire day was very enjoyable. Our driver, Noel was a wealth of knowledge and very accommodating. Sedona is so beautiful and so much to see, but with Noel help we accomplished what we could.

We enjoyed the experience. Ron was a great guide by shared with us the local flora, native peoples, and wildlife. The wine tasting wasn't bad either.

We had an amazing day with Bobbie, our tour guide. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and attentive. Excellent day.
