3. Melbourne: Peninsula Nature Private Day Trip with Dinner

This all inclusive tour begins with your driver and tour guide picking you up from your location. The drive will take you along the scenic route which follows the curves of Port Phillip Bay, until we reach our first destination - Dendy St Beach. After a short photo session at the beach your luxury, air-conditioned, leather seated vehicle will take you further along the scenic coastal route where you will experience the breath-taking views of the bay on side and be amazed at the beautiful architecture of the various palatial villas on the other side. There will be opportunities to stop for photos. Our first key Peninsula destination is the Moonlit Sanctuary, about 60km from Melbourne's CBD. You will spend 90 minutes here enjoying the various wildlife that live at the sanctuary. You will see and hear Australian native animals such as the koala, kangaroo, dingo, wombat and many others. There are animal sessions for you to enjoy where trained wildlife staff discuss the lives and habits of various native animals. Our final destination is The Eagle, where you will fly high in a chairlift and the end of which you will be invited to enjoy an Australian picnic dinner in a bush setting. Our guide was Anna - she was very friendly and personable. The hot springs facility was fun, we stayed there for 4 hours - got into various pools and temperatures, including cold plunge pools. We found a shady lounge area and took a nap for an hour. The cafe has great food options and smoothies. Lots of healthy floods. We stopped at Karamana beach to look at bathing boxes - it was a hot day so the beach was very crowded. Pretty beach… all in all, it was a fun day! We enjoyed Anna and the tour.

The guide was lovely, picked us up from our hotel, was friendly and welcoming The peninsular springs are lovely, quite a big area, so helpful to have a plan if you’re keen to visit most areas. The towels were included, but they didn’t agree to change it when it was very wet, one would have to hire, I do think there should be towels free to take if your towels are very wet. Return trip was 11/2 hours after schedule, so maybe don’t make plans after the tour,

It's amazing place, very clean and details. So many pools to enjoy not crowded. It's worth it, I guess more than what we expect. We're very happy and plan to go back bring our family there, as we are from Perth.

We were holidaying in Melbourne from Brisbane and didn't want to hire a car. This tour was a great way for us to spend time at the Peninsula Hot Springs.

The coach driver was very entertaining and enjoys his job. Thank you!
