On our mother/daughter trip, we had one full day in Athens to explore the city and decided to book a private tour. Wanting a mix of shopping, exploring the city, and history, we drafted an itinerary based on what we read on popular travel sites and blogs. Our guide, Odysseus, had great communication with us in advance of our hotel pickup. We also sent the itinerary to him before hand and encouraged his input. When he picked us up, he had reviewed our plan and began the day by suggesting additions (& alternatives!) that he thought would be interesting to us. We made adjustments based on his advice and are so glad that we did. We experienced all the things that we hoped to do and more. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about history and Greece. He was also patient as we browsed shops, asked questions about trees, and stopped to take pictures of random cats (lol). It was a day full of wonderful memories for my mom and me. Highly recommend!! Despite it being the hottest day of the year in Athens, our tour guide, Odysseus, kept us cool and well hydrated as he planned the day so we could maximize the sights while they were still opened due to the heat and took us to other historical places in the afternoon that were indoors and air conditioned when the sites were closed down. He was knowledgeable and friendly, was on time, and his van was comfortable. We enjoyed our day very much and highly recommend Odysseus as a driver with a lot of knowledge on Greek history and philosophy.

Takis our guide was amazing!! He was extremely knowledgeable on all things Athens. He has been doing this for 41 years so he knew all the best spots to take us to see the highlights and for the best Greek lunch we had during our stay! He also knew the best times of day to avoid the biggest crowds and strategically planned the route accordingly. Super friendly and overall a fantastic experience
