Full description
Auschwitz-Birkenau tour starts in Kraków. Once we pick up all participants, we head towards Oświęcim, a town located around 60 kilometres from Kraków. The journey takes about 1 hour 10 minutes each way. Our fleet only consists of modern, air-conditioned cars, minivans, minibuses, and buses so the entire trip is stress-free and convenient. On the way we play an introduction movie that helps to prepare for this moving visit. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour takes approximately 7 hours. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour is fully safe – Museum and so do we take COVID-19 precautions. Thus, special health and safety measures apply. The tour is an ‘all-inclusive’ service. You are provided with a local guide that will tell you everything about the history of World War II and concentration camps. An experienced museum guide will tell you step by step about the sad fate of the camp victims. First, you visit the Museum in Auschwitz. It takes around 2 hours to get familiar with the history. After two hours, you will have a short break. Then, the group will be transported to Auschwitz II Birkenau (which is also part of the Auschwitz Museum). This part usually takes around one hour. Finally, you will be safely delivered back to Kraków.
