Svolvær: RIB sea eagle safari & Trollfjord Cruise

2. Svolvær: RIB sea eagle safari & Trollfjord Cruise

We can guarantee you the experience of a lifetime! Join our fantastic RIB trip to the magical Trollfjord, where you will have the chance to see many sea eagles up close. The area offers one of the largest populations in all of Europe, so the probability of seeing sea eagles is very high. Of course, the trip has more to offer than just eagles. You will be surrounded by the unique Lofoten's nature with thousand meters high mountains plunging directly into the sea , idyllic bays with crystal clear water and chalk white sandy beaches, just to name a few. The RIB boats are another aspect that helps make this trip unique. On larger boats you are just one of the crowd, but in a RIB boat you share the experience with a small group of passengers. You get much closer to both eagles and nature, and the feeling of freedom that a smaller boat will give you is totally different. Along the way, we will stop several times and tell you fun and interesting facts about the nature and history of these unique places. Don't forget to bring your camera or phone! Other things you don't want to take with you on the trip can be handed in to our office.

What people are saying about Austvågøya

Great and cold experience!!They provided us a warm uniform, goggles and gloves to be put on your personal ones. It was a very good experience out there! Big waves and a snow storm made it more unique and fun. Of course we got a bit wet but the scenario is breathtaking and you get to see many eagles. The duration is enough, I was exhausted and cold at the end. I suggest warmer stickers for feet and to cover very well all your face.

Beautiful tour of the Trollfjord with competent and trained staff. Very good Italian guide, friendly and very nice who illustrated (in English) the peculiarities of the place and the underwater fauna that we saw with an underwater drone. The boat, very beautiful, stopped in all the places of interest making us enjoy the splendid tour to the fullest. Not to be missed!
