Our guide Jose Luis was very knowledgeable about so many aspects of the Laguna. He was a safe captain & very hospitable while catering to the needs of each participant in a friendly, welcoming manner. It was a truly wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour. Thank you!

Edvin was such a nice guide!! He gave a good explanation about the lagoon, cenotes, wildlife and history of the lagoon in Spanish and very good English. The boat tour with Captain Carlos was nice, relaxing and we are happy we did it! At the meeting point there is a reception where you are guided to your boat and once all passengers (in our case 12) were on the boat captain Carlos started to show us the lagoon of bacalar including a few cenotes and useful information on how this magnificent piece of nature was created. We also had two stops for swimming and beverages and fruits were handed to the passengers. We expected to see a bit more of the lake but apparently almost all boats were taking almost the same routes so it’s nothing to be mad about.
