      We had some initial difficulties because we booked the wrong departure time and therefore booked from the island rather than to the island (perhaps this could be made clearer?) So our driver wasn't at the hotel at 7.15. The transport company contacted me via WhatsApp. We were able to clarify everything very unbureaucratically and thus get a passage, including a shuttle from and to the hotel. We still had an hour at the port, which we could easily use for lunch. Gladly again.

      Transport to the port was fine. We had to wait quite a while because the driver was held up by a procession. Can happen. He guided us to the right counter and was very helpful and friendly. The boarding and disembarkation (we had to walk a bit through the water) was also done with the help of very helpful staff. Everything was lugged on and off board for the passengers. The transfer to the hotel on Nusa Lembongan also went very well.

      Well arranged. Picked up at the hotel in Ubud by a very friendly driver and delivered to the boat. Checked in here without problems. Boat trip was fine apart from the fact that the seat is a bit tight (I am 1.85 meters) On the other hand, everything was well organized.
