    Get picked up from your accommodation in South Bali area (Ubud, Denpasar, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusadua, Benoa). If there is no access for a vehicle in front of your accommodation, pickup will be arranged at the nearest meeting point.     Explore Bali's Mount Batur volcano on a day trip in a comfortable VW Jeep. Traverse dense forests to the edge of a deep caldera, soak in a natural hot spring, and visit a local coffee plantation.

    Be picked you up in a classic VW all-terrain jeep for a day of adventure at Bali’s Mount Batur volcano. Take the scenic route through Bali’s rice terraces and lush vegetation.

    Stop at Penelokan and head to the rim of a huge caldera for a breathtaking view of Mount Batur. Continue your safari via the truck route into the old crater, where you will encounter huge lava flows which have covered most of the vegetation.

    On the edge of the caldera, look out for monkeys that live in the towering trees. Climb up a lava dune for views of the mountain and see the black lava. Hear about how these landscapes evolved over thirty million years from your guide. After an adventurous drive around the mountain, stop to meet the local farmers on your way to the natural hot springs. Soothe away all your aches and pains at the natural hot springs of Batur.

    Then, tuck into a buffet lunch before continuing to a coffee plantation. Here, learn all about the production of coffee. At the end of the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel.

    This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Ubud. As a solo traveller, travelling alone can be scary but my tour guide Froggy was amazing and was able to adapt to my needs. The tour was amazing, great language skills, most breathtaking view i've seen in Bali at the breakfast spot. Tour guides were flexible about us wanting to skip the hot springs portion of the tour and took us to a fantastic temple instead! Really happy with the overall experience.

    Me and my boyfriend went on this tour and had a really good time. Our driver was named Erik, he picked us up at 7.00 in the morning in a really cool bright blue jeep from the 70s. We stopped at some temples, in the jungle for some photos and then we got to Mt. Batur where we drove and explored around the black lava which was pretty amazing. After that we went to the hot springs. We got a complementary drink, which was nice. The springs were lovely with an amazing view, only the lockers and showers were a bit dirty. Then Erik drove us to lunch at a restaurant with a view of Mt. Batur and Batur lake. The lunch was really good and included in the trip price :). The last stop was the coffee plantation which was a bit disappointing as they only showed you around 2-3 trees (more of a tourist trap), but at least we got to taste Kopi Luwak coffee (extra 50.000 idr for a cup), which was interesting. Overall we had a good time.
