It was great. Informative, fun, unique. I was on my own as no one had booked that day so I had a private tour basically. First we stopped in a local house with temple and the guide explained everything to me about the culture and history and more! I had so many questions and they were all answered! Then we walked through local rice terraces. You would not see that place if you don't go with a guide. I'm so happy I did it ( I usually don't do tours but organize everything myself but thus was sooo worth it). Thank you so much!

No regrets in choosing to push thru with this trip!!! I strongly recommend this for first timers in Bali so that you’ll understand the place in a deeper way. Wayan brought us in a Balinese home and explained everything, from the Balinese gates, calendar, names, and traditions. He also toured me in a local rice field which has narrow paths but he took care of me in every step. The day ended in one of their warungs wherein I had their classic Nasi Goreng. Don’t skip this trip and will definitely recommend book this first before going to other temples to have a holistic understanding of the Bali culture.
