Mark was knowledgeable and polite, kept the pace easy for all attendees. Enjoyed the stories and the history of Bath and was grateful for eating out recommendations and other sightseeing offerings on our journey. We also booked Baths Entry ticket. This exhibit is well run, pre booked time queues move quickly and are on time. The history, the facts and figures are well presented. Love that you can grab a glass of bubbles by the main spa.

Our tour guide Rachel was fantastic. She was very informative on the walk, not too serious either and made fun comments and jokes which gave a good atmosphere and brightened a dull day. Really feel like I learned things about Bath from Rachel. The tour was worth it if you know nothing about the history of Bath and want to see all the main tourist sites.

The walking tour exceeded our expectations! Our guide, Ellen, a student at the University of Bath, was waiting for us at the meeting point and she made sure to start the tour on time. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic and answered all of our questions. We visited the most important parts of the city and even though my partner and I had already spent a couple of days walking around the city before the day of the tour, we felt that the walk added value to our trip as we learned many new things and discovered hidden city gems. We had added entry to Roman Baths to our tour, so Ellen made sure to take us there on time so that we wouldn't miss our slot. We highly recommend this experience for tourists visiting Bath!
