Full description

Spend a full day traveling by award-winning coach along the Causeway Coastal Route, voted one of the 5 most spectacular drives in the world! For the first stop, grab some photos at the beautiful Carrickfergus Castle. Then, journey along the coast, with stops along the way at the Caves at Cushendun and Carnlough Harbour—both recently made famous by the hit TV show Game of Thrones. Enjoy a delicious pub grub-style lunch at the Fullerton Arms in Ballintoy, at your expense. Then re-board the luxury coach and head to the highlight of the tour, the Giant's Causeway. At Ireland’s only World Heritage Site, you’ll spend some time climbing over the ancient stones and enjoying the myths and legends that surround this world-famous attraction. After the Giant’s Causeway, make a short stop at the ancient ruins of Dunluce Castle, and then a final stop at the World Famous Dark Hedges. Then it’s time to sit back and relax on the comfortable return journey to Belfast.

Brilliant day. The coach driver, Steven, was fabulous, kept everyone in high spirits with great stories to tell. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and very engaging. Pity about having awful weather so had poor visibility for most of the journey but we really enjoyed it all the same. The weather turned sunny once we got to Giants Causeway which is a magical experience

Steve the tour guide was really informative with lots of local knowledge, facts and fun! He kept us all on track with times to return to coach so we could fit in all the locations and photo opportunities before the light was lost(its late november). We were lucky to get clear views of Scotland and the weather held up . Be mindful about how the weather can change rapidly and have clothing and footwear suitable for the time of year!!!!! It's quite wild out there!! Would recommend the trip especially if you enjoy natural beauty and Game of Thrones!!!!
