Ideal if you live in an area where you can also have it delivered to the hotel. This card quickly becomes essential because Istanbul is built on 7 hills and even two stations can be enough to spare. Quite complicated bus system (there are a lot of them), the tram is excellent and very practical like the metro. Note that the price differs according to the mode of transport and that in addition you must repay for each connection. Tramway in extension works. The whole system is very clean, very safe, very efficient. Once the credit has been used up, the card can be recharged with tickets at metro or tram stations in particular.

Our guide was attentive to our needs and interests. He was knowledgable and friendly. We enjoyed the walkabout even though it was raining. Great views from the top of the tower. If your tour is during the day, besure to stay in the area for pictures at night. The tower at night is magical.
