The tour was awesome, I enjoyed learning the story about Bilbao, thank you to Javier for sharing his knowledge with me. Next time I come back to Spain, I will definitely make sure my family do the tour guide with him I definitely recommend the tour in Spanish with him. Thank you

Our guide (name?) was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We engaged in stimulating conversation about the various pieces of art and the wonderful building. We knew very little about contemporary and pop art but came away with considerable knowledge and appreciation.

Excellent tour guide the problem was that instructions from Getyour guide was to be outside the museum at the tourist information area & the tour guide was waiting inside the museum at the entrance. She did not have our number neither us her number. By the time we called GYG they were not able to contact the local company & we decided (after 1hr to cancel & try go in by ourselves} then we explained to a lady at the entrance about our problem & she told us that the guide left 10 min before (at left her phone number just in case!!!). Then she called her. She came back but because she had a group after us only could give us a brief of part of the Museum for 1hour. She save the afternoon for us & at least got part of the museum & details. Very grateful to her (Patricia), who save us. She said that it was mention to GYG to change the place as the area is big & crowded. It was a miscommunication error, save by a good & experience guided & a nice museum information employee.
