Your adventurous Catamaran trip to Ile Aux Cerf begins with a hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Trou D'eau Douce. Arriving at there at 09.15 A.M, you will board to your Catamaran to enjoy this memorable catamaran cruise from Trou D'eau Douce to Ile Aux Cerfs. The catamaran cruise starts at 09:30 a.m., departing from Trou D’eau Douce on the East coast of Mauritius. The crew members will ensure that you have an enjoyable time, and they will be happy to tell you about local tales, jokes, and to play local Mauritian music which will lift the spirits of all on board. You will start your trip with a visit to the waterfall at Grand River South East before setting sail for the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. Then, when reaching the Grand River, you will go by speed boat to visit the waterfalls which are found about 500m upstream. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the curious monkeys jumping through the big old trees on the river banks. Watch the Mauritian fruit bats resting perched on the highest trees as you approach the waterfall. Following the visit to the waterfall, you will head back to the catamaran. The catamaran will then sail inside the crystal-clear water of the lagoon until stopping for a snorkeling & swimming break, where breathtaking coral reefs & tropical fish are on prominent display. After snorkeling you will enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch set on the beach or on the catamaran. We served a 3-Course menu onboard. You’ll also be treated to a selection of local drinks, including soft drinks, Juice, water, beer, wine & local rum. Then, you will be heading to Ile aux Cerfs Island which is a beautiful island near the east coast of Mauritius. This amazing island is the perfect setting for a relaxing day of sun worship. As you approach the island by the catamaran, you will see the swaying palm trees and the pure white beaches framed by the vivid turquoise waters. At Ile aux Cerf, there are a variety of invigorating activities are awaiting you such as parasailing, tube riding, and undersea walk (Optional). After doing your activities, you can take a stroll and absorb the pristine natural environment, sit back and relax on the white sandy beaches. At Ile aux Cerfs Island you are sure to have some relaxation and fun on one of the picture-postcard beaches or enjoy a swim in the azure sea. Visit the Original 7 Coloured Earth in Chamarel and drink in the lunar-like spectacle of red, brown, violet, green, blue, purple, and yellow sand dunes set in the middle of lush green vegetation, with the Black River mountain range in the background. On your way to 7 Coloured Earth, you can also admire the majestic Chamarel Waterfall, the tallest single-drop waterfall in Mauritius at about 100 metres high. You can also wander to the tortoise park to see the tortoises called Toto, Tizean, Rosette, Nini, Tizom and Tifam up close — a great activity for the family. Originally from Aldabra in Seychelles, the species can reach up to 1 meter in length with an average lifespan of more than 150 years. During your visit to the Geopark, you can also stop for a snack or lunch at the Coffee Shop. There you'll find themed products such as the Seven-Coloured Macaroons or Gourmet Popsicles. The Coffee Shop also serves Chamarel Coffee; the only locally grown and roasted coffee in Mauritius. Its taste is unique... maybe because it is grown on volcanic soil.

Arriving there, you will board to your speed boat & start cruising to the open sea to see & swim with the dolphin. While cruising, our skipper and guide will explain to you how to approach these beautiful mammals and swimming rules to respect these lovely dolphins and their natural environment. Arriving at the spot, you will have the opportunity to swim with dolphins which is an incredibly moving experience that will bring you into contact with strikingly beautiful scenery, unspoiled landscapes, and wonderful animals. You’ll plunge into the remarkable world of these powerful marine mammals and come face to face with the dolphins. After swimming with the dolphin, you'll be heading to the famous and natural Crystal rock. Over there, you will have the opportunity to snorkel in the pure crystal lagoon and take great pictures. The crystal rock is a beautiful natural phenomenon occurring in the southwest of the island in the lagoons of Le Morne. This subliminal rock formation sits just a couple of hundred meters away from the shore and offers a splendid view to anyone who lays their eyes on it. After swimming, you'll be heading to Benitier islet to savor a 3-course lunch, The wonderful cooks will start preparing the lunch as soon as you will be on the island, and within an hour you will be eating a delicious menu of Grilled Seafood and Fish, Chicken, Sausages, Garlic Bread, Salads, Dessert: Banana Flambe. You will have a wide selection of unlimited local Drinks which will be available on the island during lunchtime. After the hotel pickup, you will be visiting the town of Curepipe and Floreal. You will visit the crater of Trou aux Cerfs and the Indu temple of Grand Bassin. Here you will have the chance to learn about the Indu culture and traditions and how they persist in modern Mauritius society. From here, you will then drive to Black River, where you will be able to admire fantastic landscapes and views of the mountains. Finally you will be travelling to Chamarel, where you will visit the Waterfalls, the park of Seven coloured Earths, and pay a visit to the Giant turtles in the park. From here you will be driving back to your hotel, where you will be dropped off.

After lunch, the drive continues to Chamarel Village to admire the 90-meter high Chamarel Waterfall and the curious 7-Coloured Earth, a natural phenomenon caused when basaltic lava converts the clay mineral into vibrant shades of red, brown, violet, green, blue, purple, and yellow. Take a winding drive to the southwest corner of Mauritius, and enjoy the drive through Macondé Bridge for panoramic views across the Baie Du Cap River.

Embark on a full-day tour from Tamarin Bay and travel by speedboat as you go in search of dolphins in their natural habitat. Stop for lunch, go snorkeling, and enjoy a full-day Head to the meeting point and check in for your full-day outdoor adventure. Then, hop aboard a speedboat and set out to sea. Enjoy wonderful views of the azure ocean waters as you make your way to Île aux Benitiers, where you'll stop to enjoy a BBQ picnic lunch. Once you arrive at Crystal Rock, you may have another swim while the crew is preparing a delicious BBQ. After lunch, you will be able to spend 40 minutes discovering Ilot Benitier. There is a tender boat at your disposal to take you to the island. Sail back to the Black River and arrive at approximately 3:30 PM.

A 4WD vehicle will take you from the designated meeting point through a private estate in which RESA deer, wild pigs, and numerous bird species including pheasant, quail, and guinea-foul reside. Begin the hike and traverse along the North-Western base of the mountain, allowing for two panoramic perspectives of the mountain to be appreciated of the North Western and South Eastern flanks. The initial hike follows an undulating path that is designed to warm up your muscles and elevate your heart-rate before the scrambling and climbing sections begin. At 340 meters above sea level, you will have a safety and mountain security briefing prior to the first of the four scrambling and climbing sections. There is a 70-meter, 25-meter, 15-meter, and 10-meter section. They provide the most spectacular views of the lush mountain ranges of Chamarel as well as stunningly beautiful lagoon views of both the North-Western and South-Eastern coasts that extend in front of you to the horizon. Various rest points provide a unique opportunity for the team to take memorable photographs of you and your family so that the once-in-a-lifetime experience can never be forgotten. Arrive at the summit of the V with a just reward for all of your efforts and hard work as the views are well worth it. The team will provide you with additional information, whilst taking photographs and allowing you the opportunity to have a break and appreciate the location and its amazing surroundings. The descent down the mountain will begin under the watchful eye of the highly experienced and professional team. Return to the meeting point and then depart to your accommodation.
