It was busy at immigration, so we were only outside an hour after landing, but the driver was neatly waiting with a name sign. We were able to board immediately and were at our hotel half an hour later. The driver was a friendly man who spoke a little English and did his best to tell us something about Bogota. In short, perfect if you want to get to your hotel quickly and without hassle. When booking, don't forget to fill in your flight number, arrival time and your hotel in the comments.

Had to wait 50 minutes at the airport for the driver to finally show up. The driver himself was very nice. Still a bad start after a long-haul flight.
