It was smooth and very pleasant! The communication with César, my driver, was established before even landing so it was easy to coordinate the exact time of meeting. We asked for a driver for 6 AM to get us to the airport. And then, as is usual for us, we were awake at 5 and ready to go at 5:30. Our driver maybe sensed this (we exchanged messages via WhatsApp) and he showed up at 5:40. He was pleasant, kind, and helped me practice my Spanish. Additionally, I accidentally booked a pick up for one person when I meant two. I contacted the company and they said they'd correct it without issue. They did. Recommended for those who worry about getting to the airport on time.

Because of 4am arrival, I booked a transfer from the airport. Machine arrived a bit earlier, however, a driver was waiting for me at the arrival gate with my name board. The driver didn’t speak English however he was very friendly and polite. He took my luggage to a hotel reception and supported to check in. Meter taxi or Uber are cheaper than this transfer but no stress. You don’t need internet or cash. I recommend it.
