Spent a wonderful day with the group tour we had. The transportation was earlier than expected. Good thing I was at the lobby 5 minutes earlier. Karen was an amazing guide. I learned a lot that I had to make some notes about the place we were going to and so I would know how to make sense of it before and after. It had an impact since I retained a lot of information even after the tour. Karen was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, among others. From start to finish was fantastic!!! I definitely would recommend this to anyone. Thank you Jairo and Karen for the wonderful experience.
Our guide and the trip were excellent but it took over two hours to pick up everyone (plus one hour to the destination from the last pick up) and since we were the first ones to be picked up, we didn't want to have three hours return commute, so we took a Taxi and it was only one hour back to the hotel.

Fantastically beautiful, even when the waterfall was a bit light on water. Diego was a really great guide that brought the group together nicely.
