See the ancient, well-stocked cellars and taste Amarone, the rich, dry red wine made from partially dried grapes. Start with a guided tour of the best Valpolicella wine cellar before moving onto Amarone vineyards, owned by one of the most renowned wine makers in Italy and set in the beautiful rolling hillsides surrounding Verona. Great experience! You get to visit a beautiful winery with a good tour, learn how to make pasta with a private chef(great character) and then you eat your pasta prepared by the chef. This is accompanied with good wine from the winery of course
