Amazing day trip with lots of great excursions. The penguins were amazing and the tour guide gave us lots of tips! It was his second day and he knew so much about the area and the various spots we stopped at. He really went the extra mile and made the day very enjoyable! The van wasn’t very comfortable, it was quite hot and only had a fan, not aircon. It was very bouncy at the back! But other customers advised that was due to something wrong with the van. Customer service I had prior to the trip was not great due to arranging pick up locations as a solo traveller. It seems odd to allow a solo female traveller to walk back when the estimated end time is close to 11:30pm, but the driver was amazing and that’s the reason for 5* review, plus the excursions were great! Would recommend doing, was a great way to see Melbourne and lots of beautiful places with amazing wildlife - including wild wallabies on the hill at sunset and feeding kangaroos at the wildlife park!

I am so happy we decided to go on this trip. I was a bit reluctant whether it is worth it, on photos the place doesn’t look so nice. Maybe because my expectations were a bit low I was really nicely surprised. Three highlights for me: feeding kangaroos (3$ additionally), Nobbies Lookout and the Pinguins Beach. Dirk as a guide was my favourite type of guide - informative and concise so he was telling us everything we needed but without talking all the time (and he played nice music in the car - thanks for playing the Teskey Brothers!:))

Loved the penguins! The Maru animal farm was very cool, got to feed kangaroos and see a white one. We were there for a talk on koalas which was so cool. Guide was great, very friendly. It was a few different stops so you get to see different beaches and places which was a good experience. Tour van was not my favourite, but I sat in the back and found it a bit rough. Probably any van like that would be rough riding lol.

Loved the koala sanctuary! I got to do the koala photo but others did not as it did not match up with the schedule at the sanctuary. Guide was very knowledgable and had great advice, , took pictures for people and excellent at his job.

Rellay fun tour. The guide Rafi was really kind and has explained everything well. He even gave us some tips
