No complaints. Transport arrived on time, the driver was pleasant. The journey was a little long but cannot be helped as the ZOO is outside of Brisbane. The ZOO is charming, full of Australian animals as well as animals from around the world and the care and love for them is visible everywhere. Many dedications to Steve Irwin are throughout, this is very heartwarming. The wildlife show is a must and I was lucky enough to be there when Terri and Robert (Steve's wife and son) did the crocodile show - absolutely amazing.

The pick up time is a bit confusing, 8am or 8.20am…. It’s 8.20am and as the description says due to traffic expect to be late 30mins late for us reducing the time at the Zoo from 6 to 5 hours which was fine for us. Overall the park was great hugely recommend! Especially attending the free shows. A bonus however was there was a drop off point before Charlotte Street the pick up point a 25 min walk for us which was Adelaide street driving to a 2 min walk. The coach was clean and comfortable, cool air con and leather seats no complaints there.

Great experience , only downfall is arriving after 10am and being picked up at 3.30 when zoo open at 9am & closes at 4pm. Giving us limited time, should arrive when zoo opens an get picked up when it closes. Felt like we had to rush around especially when you’ve paid to do extra activities there or want to see shows.
