It was really nice trip. However I wish that driver gives more time for people to get off the bus. I was there with little kids And I was walking down the second floor when the bus is still moving just because I was worried driver will start to drive away.

Overall the hop on hop off bus is a great way to see the city, however we had an issue to start with as we weren’t told how to exchange our online voucher into a bus ticket and when we asked a guide on the street, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful and we basically wasted an hour, which we could have spent sightseeing. Once we figured it out, we enjoyed it and all other guides we came across seemed pleasant.
