The driver was very nice and friendly. Showed up in time which is great. Gave me a lot of tips of what to see and what to do in Buenos Aires. Later on I found out there are cheaper ways to get to the city center. If you are in rush and money is not a problem, would totally recommend it.

Friendly, helpful driver, pleasant trip.

The car was not the nice one featured in the ad but the driver’s used small family sedan. I don’t recall seeing the GRAYSLINE logo anywhere on it. I was looking for the company’s logo with my name on it. Instead My name was written on a sheet of paper driver was holding well away from the Arrivals hall. Not a professional look. Having said that, I enjoyed the drive and driver.

This was my very first trip to Buenos Aires and I was anxious that I may not find my driver when I exit the airport. I was pleasantly reassured seeing my driver waiting for me at the arrivals lounge at Ezeiza airport. I was even more pleasantly surprised by my driver’s excellent command of English. He was very polite, professional and gave me lots of tips on the way to my hotel. I cannot recommend the service enough. I will definitely be using it again.
