This ticket wasn't necessary because when we came there weren't a lot of people lining up to buy tickets! I loved Boboli Gardens but we went at the wrong time of day - 2pm and it was 33 degrees! There's was no water fountain available which made it difficult to walk in the scorching heat. However, the view and the garden itself was beautiful. I would be visiting again.

Although there was no queue to buy tickets, as we visited midweek in June, I can imagine the queues. The gardens themselves are beautiful and the views well worth the visit.
