The rafting itself was awesome! The perfect level of scary for me as someone who has never done whitewater rafting before. The staff were also great. Unfortunately everything was very disorganised, in fact I would call is chaotic. People everywhere grabbing gear, no one really checking gear is on correctly. I lost my group several times. After the rafting there are no facilities to get changed so we got changed in the bushes by the river. I was told I could organise getting photos on the bus but then on the bus was told I was supposed to do it off the bus. If everything was a bit more organised and professional this would have been a 5/5 experience.

Have never been white water rafting before and really loved it! Felt safe and in good hands. The rapids were exhilarating and the group all got a long well as a team. Our guide, Heirie /James was great. He immediately put everyone at ease and made the trip fun. I am 68 and my husband is 71. Don’t think you can’t do it because if we can you can! The main instructor was arrogant and bossy but everyone else was great.

It was a great time, had Andy as the instructor on the boat, great person knows his shit and is pretty funny, got picked up on a bus by Andy and Ash and both were great on the bus talking to everyone and making them comfortable, Ash is going for her licence to drive the bus all the best and hope you ace it.
