Full description

Discover Cairo on this overnight tour which includes accommodation and transfers form Hurghada. Start with a visit to the Egyptian Museum. During the visit your guide will answer all your questions about the exhibits. Afterwards you can enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch and visit Alabaster Mosque, a landmark of Cairo. At Khan el-Khalili bazaar, the largest bazaar in the Arab world, you will encounter people of all social classes and religions. Spend an hour browsing through the bazaar before heading to your hotel in Cairo. The next morning you will be driven to the famous pyramids and the sphinx. Here you will have three hours to admire these fantastic ancient structures. Afterwards you will head towards Saqqara, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch before visiting the step pyramid of Saqqara.

The trip was definitely worth it. A few activities were replaced with others at short notice, but they were just as nice and not as crowded. The organization is also different than stated in the description. The hotel was very nice with a direct view of the pyramids via a roof terrace. The guides were all friendly. But you have to be aware that it is a strenuous tour. Many destinations in a short time and long bus journeys.

Very exhausting, because of the long journey from Hurghada, but Cairo is always worth it. The three tour guides were extremely nice and helpful ... Shoukran.

Very nice visit, interesting, but organization totally to review. We were supposed to be picked up at 4 am at the hotel then they changed for 1 am, then for midnight and finally we were picked up at 11:45 pm. I had booked for a day of 2 days and we found ourselves in a 1 day excursion. However the guides were able to find a solution to make us stay 2 days. We were supposed to be sleeping in a 4 or 5 star hotel but we ended up in a 0 star hotel where the room was really dirty. Fortunately the staff were really nice. On the way back to Hurghada we were to be brought back with a shuttle to go to our hotel but no one was there! Luckily we ran into some very nice people and were able to help us by calling the organizers who finally sent a shuttle after 1 hour of waiting.
